Hi my name is Kourtney Rainey and I am 26 years old, I am a trained beautician but hoping to further my skills working with others to create a team. Throughout my six years in Dream scheme Northern Ireland I have completed a leader in training programme which has taught me a lot of transferable skills such as working with others working under pressure.
