I am a qualified level 3 childcare practitioner. I am looking for a role that enables me to broaden my experience working with children, I have Autism which means that I can be shy at first. This also means that I sometimes struggle with adult interactions. When I become comfortable this disappears and I am bubbly and I enjoy talking about Autism, sports and music which are my hobbies.

I started working here on 20th August 2018, mostly working in the toddler room.

• Potty training
• Preparing children for nap time
• Helping set up mealtimes
• Preparing activities and encouraging the children to engage in activities
• Observing and taking note of the children's developmental progress
• Ensuring support is given to those children who may need extra help reaching important milestones whilst challenging those who reach such milestones ahead of target
• Comforter role for new children who need to acclimatise to the nursery environment
• Supporting children with separation anxiety from parent/carers
• Helping children with confidence building
