I currently work as a team leader for hello fresh uk in Bermuda park.
I have been there for nearly two years i lead a team of 150 people on a daily basis by running production lines to strict deadlines,
to me lost time is lost money so I do my very best to avoid lost time.
i work closely with upper management and communicate well with all collegues
I often take on extra responsibilitys I.e stock control, stock management, warehouse and distribution duties and line clear downs
I work on a rotation of 4 on 4 off 12 hours shifts rotating between days and nights
