Additionally, I have worked one-to-one with children and young people with special educational needs, supporting their individual development and wellbeing.
Through these experiences, I have developed strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills and am committed to applying both my academic knowledge and hands-on experience to contribute meaningfully to mental health and wellbeing initiatives
I hold a BSc in Psychology, which provided me with a strong foundation in psychological theory, research methods, and understanding of mental health and human behaviour. I also completed an MSc in Health and Wellbeing, where I developed advanced knowledge in health promotion, wellbeing interventions, and evidence-based approaches to supporting individuals and communities. Both degrees included practical and research components, equipping me with skills in data analysis, qualitative research, and applying psychological principles in real-world settings.
