Shannon Cheel

I have recently graduated with a BSc in Psychology and have a passion for education and supporting others. I have excellent communication skills developed through my experience in multiple areas, including in classrooms and retail.

I have around 2 years of experience working in customer service roles, such as at JD Sports and Sports Direct, where I learned the importance of patience and empathy when working with other individuals. My experience with taking on multiple roles depending on business needs has equipped me with excellent organisational skills as well as flexibility, meaning I am ready to handle any challenges I may encounter in professional environments.

I have acquired a First-class honours in Psychology at Northumbria University.
