am a qualified experienced group executive chef. I have worked in care sector for over 20 years. In my experience Ihave worked for big companies i.e. Barchester, care uk. Fullyqualified with level diploma in pastry and larder.

A leader who leads by example and who believe in growing our own staff into bigger roles. In my current role I look after 9 homes with a total 430 covers a day, making sure that our residents get a five-star dining experience. Looking after all dining ares, kitchenettes, all the equipment, staff recruitment, rotas, staff development which involves liaising with local colleges , liaising and reviewing of suppliers to make sure we get fair pricing and and good quality products, updating of HACCP, audits , one to one performance support to our staff, engaging residents and families when developing new menus and ideas , working closely with home mangers, reporting to managing director, helping with ideas on new kitchen designs, working close with local authorities (EHO), budgeting ,staffsupervision and appraisal.A very dedicated and passionate person who enjoys and take pride in his job who enjoys seeing the residents enjoying and having a fine dining experience
