Provide one-to-one mentoring to EAL clients and international students to help them identify and take practical steps to overcome barriers preventing them taking up identified training and employment.
Support EAL and international clients with necessary English language learning.
Work closely with clients and building positive relationships and create action plans to assist them with their areas of need.
Empower, motivate, and support EAL clients and international students to move into and sustain employment, as well as support clients to progress whilst in work, providing a flexible and high-quality service.
