Laura Coplen

I have been a paediatric nurse for the last 15 years. I am currently working in a school and residential setting caring for children with additional needs. I oversea a small team of other nurses carying out appraisals and supervisions. I attend emergencies on site and write care plans for any medical changes the young people may have.
