I have been a qualified counsellor for over 11 years and have experience working with individuals through Play and Art Therapy, as well as Integrative talk therapy.
I have worked with a myriad of individuals from 4 - 80 years of age. I have experience working in schools, private practice as well as other setting. I have developed and devised a number of workshops for students and have worked with a plethora of issues that present in this modern world.
Currently completing a course on CBT.
