My previous roles as a Sales Executive and Sales Coordinator have set me up with many transferrable skills. I have great experience building strong client relationships and exhibit fantastic face-to-face and digital communication skills. From meeting with clients, designing and delivering presentations and proposals, to resolving complaints I always maintain a high degree of professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.

One main responsibility I had was reporting on budgets and tracking new leads. I successfully converted +£530k of events and group business since starting my position as a Sales Coordinator and +£210k of corporate events and group business during my term as a Sales Executive. I also provided reliable admin support by raising POs, invoicing and contracting events.

I have worked on various projects including brochure design, data collection, and competitor and market analysis. My sales roles required me to meet tight deadlines, exhibit strong time-management skills, and the ability to prioritise multiple projects. I’m well accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and managing a high-volume of tasks.

I am proficient in many different software including Microsoft Office, (PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook), Teams, Zoom, Slack, Canva and Salesforce. I also have experience working on a number of CRM/PMS systems.

I graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2021 with a degree in English Literature. My degree has equipped me with excellent written language and critical thinking skills. The majority of my assignments were written essays; therefore, my word-processing skills are strong along with my ability to meet deadlines. My dissertation required me to use initiative, creativity, and work independently which I will carry with me into any future roles.
