In March 2021 I was offered a secondment role in EAL's Project Management Department to lead the development of a suite of new exams for the Welsh regulator, Qualification Wales.

• Project managed the development of a new suite of exams for the Welsh regulator, Qualification Wales.
• Led all aspects of associate recruitment, from defining key skills to identifying appropriate candidates for roles ranging from exam writers to Chief Examiners.
• Developed and implemented new processes, including EAL's Modified Angoff Method and dual-language functionality.
• Created Gantt-style project roadmaps and managed budgets for external costs and internal resources.
• Successfully developed and implemented EAL's Angoff grade boundary process, including research, development, budgeting, and publishing the final business case.
