- Expert in providing analysis and recommendations in areas such as talent management, organisational assessment, performance and career management, succession planning, and change management.
- Holding strong involvement in driving major organisational re-design in collaboration with leadership teams to build structures, processes, tools and ways of working that deliver core people and business strategies.
- Navigating organisations through change transformation and ensuring continued employee engagement and productivity.
- Solid history in the design, delivery and of L&D interventions that support the delivery of core objectives, with a key interest in coaching, psychology and mentoring.
- Directing a range of HR & OD related projects through full lifecycles in accordance with best practice.
- Clear communicator with Business Leaders and colleagues to build excellent professional relationships and influence at a senior level on initiatives.
