With over 20 years of operational and development experience, Robert Tiffin leads New Futures with the goal of aiding people and businesses to develop for the future.
I have been given the opportunity to work with some great people and teams in a variety of operations both abroad and in the UK from Michelin Star restaurants, multi site operations, and contract catering for both private and public bodies as well as creation and implementation of facilities for the NHS.
Leading and developing teams has been a key part of my journey and it is one of the greatest facets and privilege seeing people and teams develop and grow individually and together delivering strategic potential.
My approach towards people is straight forward and inclusive, ensuring that the business and the people within are the priority removing all unnecessary noise to achieve both business and people objectives.
