Leah Laker-Jones

I have been in leeds for 3 years now and am continuing my studies in biology, i have always worked part time along side my studies in McDonald’s as a floor manager, i am a motivated worker and always enjoy my shifts but i would like to change things up abit, my skills lie in the kitchen usually as i enjoy preparing food and at home i love cooking different cuisines, one of my favourites is Mexican.

Ive worked in McDonald’s for 5 years, having worked my way up to floor manager, i have a lot of experience in the kitchen, making fresh food and frying and grilling meat products aswell as lots of knowledge on food safety, i also have worked a lot with customers, making sure their experience is the best it can be.

I have studied GCSEs A levels and just completed my degree at the uni of leeds in biology, I have maintained high grades throughout and managed to balance this with my part time job as a floor manager at mcdonalds in the city centre on the weekends and some weekdays, so i have experience in high demand and busy periods with customers
