I am a qualified social worker registered social work England; with 12 years' experience as a supervising social worker within an IFA and most recently a local authority fostering team. Prior to becoming a Supervising social worker, I had undertaken two placements one within a Criminal Justice Drug intervention service and the other in a London Local Authority Looked after Children Team and Leaving Care service in which I became employed. These roles have enabled me to develop my skills in undertaking assessment with both adults and young people I am able to analyse the needs of service users and make decisions based on the level of care and support they may need.

I have developed good communication skills in which I am able to adapt to amongst the diverse service user group I have worked with. I can work to meet deadlines and prioritise my caseload. I am looking to secure a position working within the fostering and/or children and family's sector, where I can bring immediate value to the team and develop my current skill set further.
