Experienced Visual Merchandising Manager with proven ability to create impactful product displays, build planograms and design POS to drive sales growth. Experience in creating and executing impactful in-store displays that aligns with both brand guidelines and commercial goals. With expertise in budget management, supplier collaboration, and stakeholder communication, I bring a creative and customer-focused approach to merchandising.
Currently the Visual Merchandising Manager for Royal Canin at Mars, where I translate the Marketing team’s vision into effective in-store activations. This includes improving store layouts and planograms aligned with the Category team’s strategic goals, working with suppliers to design, test, and produce bespoke POS and shop equipment for campaigns and product activations.
I lead a team of field merchandisers across the UK and Ireland, overseeing shop fitouts, merchandising, and lighting installations in both Retail and Veterinary accounts. Responsibilities include procurement, forecasting, operations and stock control, fleet coordination, and maintaining client relationships—Traveling to sites across the country is an aspect of my role I thoroughly enjoy.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting, I use tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other office applications to make informed decisions and monitor success. This year my work has been shortlisted to win an award at the FMBE Awards.
