I am a dedicated and versatile 21-year-old professional with a background in computing and technology, having studied these subjects in college. I possess a Functional Level 1 qualification in Maths and a Functional Level 2 qualification in English. My work experience spans diverse roles, including a Customer Care Assistant at McDonald's and a Trainee Waste Operative for Enveco NW in Blackpool.

In these positions, I have honed my skills in customer service, waste management, and reporting, demonstrating my ability to thrive in fast-paced and varied environments.

My technical proficiency is advanced, with a deep understanding of phones, computers, game consoles, and laptops. I am adept at diagnosing issues, offering recommendations, and providing comprehensive support to users. My passion for technology ensures I stay updated with the latest advancements, which enables me to assist others effectively.

I am seeking opportunities in cleaning, restaurant, or office settings, including remote work. I bring a strong work ethic, reliability, and a friendly demeanor to every role. I worked with Blackpool Council for 6 months and during this time I’ve obtain useful skills which includes working in a team, meeting deadlines, doing hard work and getting on with the job. Meeting with local residents to understand their concerns was also a part of my previous job.

I studied at Blackpool & The Fylde College for 3 years, obtaining Maths, English and IT skills.
