Hi all,
I am a 18 year old with 4 years bar/restaurant experience. my dad has owned such establishments all my life and I have always been in and around them.
At 14 I started glass collecting and just helping out then as I turned 16 I started hosting tables and also learning the bar.
At 17 I was in a bar management role of up to 8 people and did this until I just turned 18.
I stopped this work to focus on my a levels but now I am looking for part time work to fund my gap year next year starting in hopefully September.
