• Completed a year-long professional placement, gaining experience across agency, property management and valuation within a commercial property consultancy.
• Attended property inspections and viewings, carried out measurements, took property photographs and assisted with area schedules and marketing information.
• Researched property information and comparable evidence and supported work involving rental figures, rates, service charges and lease terms.
• Communicated regularly with clients, tenants, prospective occupiers and colleagues by email, telephone and in person, while taking on increased responsibility throughout the placement.

• Helped maintain a safe and secure environment through CCTV monitoring, access control, site patrols and responding to alarms and incidents.
• Dealt professionally with staff, visitors and members of the public and liaised with police, fire and ambulance services when required.
