in this job i had to greet customers and offer assistance to customers, i would work to a high standard and give customers advise if they asked. this job game me skills such as time management, confidence, and customer service due to me having to answer the phone to customers and put through orders. time management skills were used as i wouldn't have set times to work, i had to be reliable and ready to work when needed.

in this job i had to greet customers and be kind and polite i then had to escort the customers to their seats and offer any beverages and snacks, one key responsibility i had to take on is staying clean and organised this is shown when i had to sweep and make sure the hair stations where clean for the next customer that would come into the salon, i stayed organised as i had to keep on top of washing towels and being on the salon floor at times. i learnt skills such as organisation, time management, communication and teamwork i use this skill effectively and get work done to a high standard.
