Housekeeping (Weekend Role) - Plumber Manor Country House Hotel
This role involves interacting with hotel guests, ensuring good communication skills and excellent customer service skills. I have to understand and respond to customer needs and complaints, as well as effectively conveying information to management. I maintain cleanliness and guest comfort.
Endoscopy Booking Officer (Apprenticeship) - NHS
This role involves filing paper work, making phone calls to patients to book them in for their procedure, answering phone queries from patients, having team discussions each week on how we can improve, organising what my week will look like and making sure the patients are satisfied. On a daily basis, I also deliver referrals to different departments and communicate with other staff members which patients will need to be booked back in.
Voluntary Work Experience - Local Children's Nursery
School holiday voluntary work experience. This included caring for children, promoting their development, ensuring a safe and nurturing learning environment. I supervised activities, interacted with the children and supported their learning. During the day I had to communicate with parents, share information about their child's day and ensure that I maintained a clean and organised space.
