Delivered the integration of 2 acquisitions at London Stock Exchange Group.
Delivered the continuous improvement benefit case for new capabilities and business process improvements to Just Retirement’s Equity Release proposition.
Delivered GDPR Data Remediation projects for Bupa to align with data retention policy and designed the blueprint for the data remediation governance process as part of the Data Governance Target Operating Model.
Delivered the Service Transition Target Operating Model design and implementation plan at Bupa – an enabler for risk reduction in IT services as part of a Security Transformation Program.
Designed the suite of processes and procedures for the FinTech start-up that launched Guardian Fin. Services for automated underwriting, new/existing business administration, call centre and broker management.
Delivered underwriting using Subject Access Requests for a select group of Legal & General’s B2C sales agents enabling improvements in reassurance rates.
Delivered requirements and business design for Legal & General’s individual protection E2E customer journey enabling improvements in service quality and efficiency (increase in straight-through processing and 26% reduction in unit cost to process business).
