With over 25 years in all sectors of recruitment, I started my journey out of University and within year became the top billing perm consultant for the company of over 200 employees based in London. Within 18 months at the tender age of 22 i was promoted to Branch Manager manging a team of 5 people and my career grew from here. I have worked for both independent and corporate companies to an Ops Director level until I took the leap of faith to start up my own agency in January 2023
