Qualified chef but looking for a career change

I’m looking for a career in security, I have some training In challenging behaviour and my first aid is up to date. Ideally looking for a job that can offer in house training and support in this role I’m wanting to take.. I have recently become a mental health first aider and also completed the cpr and responders training.
In security my experience is at the moment weak.. but with where I work as a chef I have regular training on challenging behaviour, mental health and first aid.
I left school with gcse in 1993.. any further education I have had is with work training
