I have developed experience managing responsibilities independently and communicating professionally via phone and email. Through both education and personal responsibilities, I have strengthened my time management, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

I am confident using digital systems and online platforms, and I work well both independently and as part of a team. I am currently seeking an opportunity where I can contribute positively while continuing to develop my skills and experience.

I studied at Burnley College, where I completed part of a Level 2 qualification in Early Years, developing foundational knowledge and practical skills. Prior to this, I attended Accrington Academy, achieving GCSE Maths (Grade 4) and GCSE English (Grade 3), alongside Level 2 qualifications in Health & Social Care and Business Studies. My education has provided me with strong communication, numeracy, organisational, and practical workplace knowledge.
