Seeking an opportunity in a food manufacturing as a hygiene/cleaning/ sanitation manager. I have more than 20 year in food manufacturing in various food industrie. I have a chartered hygiene management qualification- CIEH, IOSH- managing safely, Allergen management qualification, Effectiv Auditing and Inspection skills qualification, Control of substance hazardous to health- COSHH, Cleaning in place - CIP system cleaning and micro swab and ATP techniques
20 years experience in noodle, pizza, seafood, ready made food and pudding and desert factories. I am experience in carrying out non conformance and disciplinary investigation in a work place.
