PROGRAMME MANAGER, my role involves the following:-
Accountability and responsibility for the portfolio of IT projects and programmes of work for the group including all budget, planning, transformation, change management, resourcing and ongoing
Governance. With ownership of the pipeline for the next 5 years for both pubs and Head Office.
Projects include:-
incorporating supplier onboarding, product/recipe maintenance, Online ordering, stock management, Guest engagement through interactive menu’s and linkage to Guest applications.
