I am a senior IT Projects / Programme Manager with over 23 years’ experience in IT Projects and Programme Management, successfully delivering programmes and concurrent projects for ERP, Finance, Software Development, Cloud (Azure and AWS), MS Teams, On Premises Infrastructure, Data Centre fit outs and migrations, Video Conferencing, CCTV, Unified Communications, End User Compute (EUC), Oracle and SQL Client Server application deployment, and large office relocations. Gaining experience across multiple industry sectors including Public Utilities, Logistics, Telecoms, Retail, Pharmaceutical, Finance, Oil and Gas, Local and Central Government, IT Services Sector, Motor Industry, Printing and Publishing.
Have set up PMO's, undertaken senior diverse stakeholder management engagement and developed framework agreements, and quality assurance procedures, full financial control, third party supplier management, and change management. Also, line managed other project managers and technical project teams, with some direct reports, engaged with offshore and matrix managed resources made up of up to 40 staff and contractors, mitigate project conflicts and manage communication issues, project budget allocation up to £25M, proactive RAIDD management, project planning, with full portfolio reporting. Essentially a team player, working with site management for implementation of RAMS and adhering to site policies and procedures.
I have strong IT technical skills, gained from having a software developer background, and now being able and capable of leading multiple technical project teams spanning several projects.

Holding a Master of Science Degree (MSc) in Professional Studies, a Post Graduate Diploma (PgD) in IT Management, and a Postgraduate Certificate (PgC) in Project Management, and a Graduate Certificate with Distinction in Management Studies, all obtained from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland.
