Luca Sezgin

I am a highly motivated 6th form student with a lifelong passion for the automotive industry, shaped from a young age by my father's career in the motor trade. This early exposure instilled in me a genuine understanding of and respect for the industry, and a drive to build a long-term career within it. Owning my first car, a MINI Countryman, has deepened my appreciation for quality engineering and design – particularly knowing it shares BMW technology.

My father's recent move from Porsche to BMW has given me further first-hand exposure to the brand, reinforcing my desire to be part of the BMW network. I am particularly drawn to starting as a Technician or Product Genius, where I can develop a thorough understanding of the product and use that knowledge to support both the service and sales sides of the business. Beyond my technical interest, I have a natural ability to connect with people and build strong working relationships – a skill I have developed consistently through customer-facing roles.

I am eager to learn, take on responsibility, and grow into a well-rounded automotive professional.
