Litigation and Arbitration Associate. Currently over 1 year PQE, but 7 years experience in Law in total looking to relocate.
I currently work for an International Law Firm and I am based in the United Kingdom.
I work on a range of public law matters, including judicial review proceedings, commercial law disputes for public sector and private sector clients, and International Arbitrations.
I am passionate about understanding my client's needs and ensuring they get the best outcome.
In my spare time I enjoy the gym and I am currently studying to gain a diploma in personal training.
I have over 7 years' experience in law. I was a paralegal in my firm's commercial disputes team before commencing my training contract. During my training contract I completed seats in Construction, Financial Services Disputes and Investigations, Banking and Commercial Dispute Resolution, where I subsequently qualified.
Since my qualification in September 2024 I have worked on a range of high profile matters for a range of clients. I have experience working on regulatory investigations and public inquiries. I have also worked on a number of international arbitrations with various institutions. I also have experience working on public procurement matters both advising clients on how to avoid a dispute and once a dispute has arisen.
My clients include those in the public sector, including a regulator, and those in the private sector.
I also regularly act as the legal advisor to a regulator in the UK, where I can use my advocacy skills during the hearings as well as drafting decisions for the panel which are published on the regulator's website.
I have an Undergraduate Degree in Law from Swansea University. I also have a Masters of Laws in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Law in London.
