As a crew member i had too, keep too health and safety, keep stations clean and tidy, keep too infection control and prepare meals. Also, you have to learn quickly as it a fast base work environment. You must work as a team. You need to know how to communicate with other staff members and customers.

Within this work environment I had to work in an office and on the front desk. The roles and responsibilities I had for this were checking and booking individual's in for appointment's, responding too tasks on the computer system and ringing patients for the GPs and nurses.

I have worked with individuals that had dementia and other health issues support worker - Park homes, Charlotte Grange care home A Support Worker is responsible for providing practical assistance and emotional support to individuals who require help with daily living due to age, disability, or health conditions. The role involves supporting with personal care, household tasks, and medication, as well as promoting independence by encouraging individuals to develop skills, make choices, and engage in community activities.
Workers play a vital role in enhancing quality of life by offering companionship, building trust, and ensuring dignity and respect are maintained at all times. This position requires patience, empathy, and strong communication skills, along with the ability to adapt to different needs and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
