Looking for an answer internal recruitment role after relocating back to Northant.
Specialising in placing candidates into Not for Profit organisations including Membership, Regulatory, Further & Higher Education as well as Charities on temporary and permanent contracts
● Advertising vacancies onto specialist job boards including Linkedin
● Meeting with clients including HR and line managers to take job briefings, gain new business and to provide advice on markets, advising on suitable candidates as well conducting service reviews.
● Assisting with audits of candidate compliance requirements
● Interviewing candidates, screening and preparing them for roles
● Understanding of prioritising roles based on client’s needs and requirements
● Working with clients to devise Job Description/Personal Specifications/Salaries
● Obtaining compliance for candidates including right to work details, references, DBS,
● qualifications as well as safeguarding/prevent training
● Sourcing and advertising for roles via adverts, job boards, referrals, CRM database, head hunting and Linkedin
● Managing frameworks, pricing, PSL agreements and negotiating fees
● Long standing relationships with clients as well as continuous growth with new clients
● Training new staff
● Attending daily – monthly meetings with team and managers
● Analysing data to identify market trends
● Understanding the importance of GDPR/Data Protection with speaking to candidates and clients
● Utilising various online recruitment platforms to submit CVs, arrange interviews/offers
● Ability to multitask when prioritising roles
● Helping applicants preparing for interviews including the STAR technique
● Proactively creating pools of candidates ready to fill roles
● Providing constructive feedback to both candidates and clients
● Sifting and shortlisting CVs that align with client needs
● Emotional intelligence offering clients and candidate feedback
● Forecasting both KPI’s and financials on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
