I have enjoyed leading Product Development teams for over 6 years, in a variety of Content Management, eCommerce, Payments & Loyalty product roles. I am passionate about understanding how products work, how they support the wider business vision, and how they can be continually optimised to serve & delight their users. I believe that to be successful, Product teams must continually test and learn, then strive to offer the best possible value, convenience & personalisation to new & existing users.

In my current role I lead on product strategy by working collaboratively with a wide variety of stakeholders across Marketing, Data & Design teams to identify & prioritise work that maximises value for our customers. We create a shared guiding vision for projects, that we then break down into our quarterly/annual roadmaps & backlogs. I am a great believer in the value of continual professional development.

I hold Professional Scrum Product Owner level I & II qualifications as well as a Professional Scrum Master level I certification.
