I have significant experience of setting up, running and improving service teams, systems and processes across multiple global Companies and consultancies. Including building capabilities from scratch. Looking at areas of efficiencies and wasted effort in processes and teams have provided significant savings during my career.
Having worked for both Managed service providers and consultancies I have extensive experience managing partners and vendors, knowing what good looks like from both sides it allows me to tailor services, contracts and processes to bring the highest levels of service and maintain margin whilst operating the contracts.
