Working as part of the maintenance team, carrying out all aspects of preventative maintenance tasks on a wide variety of production equipment. Responding to plant breakdowns in a timely manner. Heavy workshop fabrication during production times working to technical drawings and high tolerances.
Working on F.P.S.O vessel working to technical drawings installing brackets for pipelines, re-plating, modifying steelwork etc. Adhering highly to P.T.W, H.S.W company procedures at all times.
Installation of a new build biomass plant making out where vessels go and alterations to steelwork

Refurbishment on the Sea Rose FPSO on its half life refit - all aspects of plating undertaken
All aspects of structural steel work, adhering to H.S.W company procedures, heavy workshop fabrication, interpret engineering drawings and working to high tolerance and specification
Working on no 5 blast furnace whilst furnace was being re-lined carrying out confined space entry and welding and modifying inside making changes to throat armor
Pickle Line Fire Rebuild - Ripping out of damaged steel work, pipe work etc., Installing new plant and modifying faults working to technical drawings and working in workshop fabricating and welding procedures also complying with H.S.W and P.T.W procedures
