- Providing a fast and friendly service, front of house, in a busy city centre setting.
- Duties include food service, customer interaction and ensuring satisfaction with their food, addressing any issues raised immediately and following through to ensure resolution.
- Clearing tables swiftly to ensure the restaurant and customer experience runs as smoothly as possible.
- Back of house duties including cutlery & condiment preparation and cleanliness checks of bathroom facilities etc.
- Support provided to management by training new bussers as they were hired; guiding them through their first shifts, ensuring they understood what needed to be done, and why, and providing encouragement etc.

Event Support Assistant at UK Dance Class Championships (2021-01 – 2024-05)
Providing flexible support to the Principal of UKDCC.
- Responsibility for the event café - setting up for the event, ensuring stock is replenished, preparation of food and drinks, management of the till - takings regularly over £1k.
- Support with sales of merchandise, customer service and processing of card payments.
- Oversight of competitors between events, ensuring venue rules are adhered to and timings of event are met in line with the schedule.
