I am a caring individual who after being a stay at home mum, chose my career after working within various voluntary jobs with vulnerable people and getting a sense of fulfilment from helping and supporting these individuals; either gain qualifications or sustainable employment. After spending time gaining qualifications and experience I was lucky enough to start getting paid to do it. I love getting up in a morning after a few coffee's obviously as I get to do it all over again!
