I am a dedicated and compassionate Art Psychotherapist with HCPC registration, specialising in bereavement support. With extensive experience in various settings, including working with looked after children, individuals with learning differences, young people, adults, and those affected by dementia, I am committed to providing holistic and personalised therapeutic interventions.
My approach integrates art therapy techniques with psychotherapeutic principles to facilitate healing and growth in individuals facing emotional challenges. I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions, express themselves creatively, and develop coping strategies to navigate life’s difficulties.
Outside of my professional life, I am an avid advocate for mental health awareness and self-care. I find solace in art and regularly engage in creative pursuits as a form of self-expression and relaxation. Additionally, I am passionate about running, recognising its profound impact on mental well-being, and often incorporate it into my own self-care routine.
Driven by a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others, I am committed to ongoing learning and development to ensure that I provide the highest standard of care to those I serve.
