I am a dedicated, hardworking support worker / classroom assistant who is empathetic, patient, understanding and committed to caring for others . I am particularly skilled at working with individuals who have learning disabilities and have undertaken a range of training in this area (e.g First Aid, Managing Violence and Aggression, Infection Control). I can work both independently and also work well as part of a team and have worked alongside many different professionals in a range of settings.
From my work in a school environment I have gained a lot of knowledge in helping children achieve their educational potential and social development as well as supervising activities and working with children on an individual, small group and whole class bases.
