Throughout my time at McDonald's, I worked in 2 different stores within the same franchise, and quickly advanced. My most fulfilling and recent role, however, was as Assistant Manager, which encompassed a myriad of responsibilities. My main responsibilities as Assistant Manager were 'People Practices', 'Scheduling and Staff Positioning', and 'Operational Focus'.

I worked to balance the needs of my Business Manager and the needs of the business, planning charity events, crew and manager meetings, and the needs of the business as a whole.
