For the last 5 years I have worked in the customer service industry and am always seeking new opportunities to improve my skills. I thoroughly enjoy talking to people and getting to know others.

I have been working in the hospitality industry for 5 years, developing a passion for delivering high end service to customers. My experience within this industry has given me the ability to work extremely well with customers, to be able to work productively both independently and within a team, adapt to challenging situations and to be time efficient. I have now developed the knowledge and skills to provide high end service in high end establishments, and have completed an intense hospitality training course to even further develop my skills.

UKSA super yacht hospitality training course. This gave me an intense 3 week training into how to deliver the finest service, Wine knowledge and how to serve wine correctly, house keeping skills.
