I have experience working in both healthcare and hospitality. I hold a care certificate as well as up to date training in alcohol licensing laws, manual handling, conflict management, food and beverage health and safety amongst others. I am someone who is incredibly passionate about her work from healthcare to hospitality.
My drive to constantly do better for my patients or my customers reflects on my work. I am someone who thrives in a fast paced public facing environment. I also have Type 1 diabetes and ADHD but this has never and will never stop me from striving for my goals if anything it makes me work that bit harder.

During my time at hardys I started as a waitress, I developed a special interest in becoming a bartender so after consideration and conversations with my manager we decided to swap my role. After a few months I began to take on a more responsibility such as opening opening/closing the pub, cashing up the tills and supporting with stock.

When working at the old farmhouse I worked a variety of shifts including, week days, weekends, later and earlier shifts varying from 10am to 3am. When working at the old farmhouse I was able to further develop my skills within the industry, I would often lone work on the bar during some of the busier periods such as weekends and in the summer in order for more floor staff to be available, this allowed me to become a lot more confident within my role.
