I am a hardworking, motivated individual and would like to prove myself and my abilities in a working environment. I am very enthusiastic and determined to get started and would consider myself a dedicated worker for any employer. I am always willing to go above and beyond to provide extra help wherever I possibly can.

I am also a very keen learner, always ready to acquire new skills in order to expand my abilities and put them to use in the workplace. I have experience in supporting young adults with SEN needs. I have had training on safeguarding.

I have carried of ELSA (emotional learning support assistant) sessions with children to help support them mentally. I have done this on topics such as depression, anxiety and eating disorders. I have very good communication skills.

I currently work with 4 young people aged 13-18, they all come from high trauma backgrounds. They are at high risk of CSE within the community so I am trained highly in safeguarding policies and procedures. The home is stated as an EBD ( emotional behaviour disorder) home so I am trained in TCI to support the young people therapeutically when we see challenging behaviour.
