I currently staying in London. I finished my Masters in 2022 and am working full time since September 2022 as an Operations Executive at Ocean Bottle. I am a strong advocate of sustainability I would like to work with a brand/company that believes in it. I am also a 3 times national level gold medalist in roller speed skating.

Operations Executive at Ocean Bottle:

• End to end responsibility of supplier order management, invoice processing, customer-query handling, and ad-hoc administrative tasks within a global & cross-functional team. 
• Daily KPI tracking of demand & supply between warehouses & suppliers; enabling sustainable inventory turn-over rates and sufficiency inventory for all client orders.
• Liaise directly with operations director for high-value purchase order amendments; escalating SKU-shortage queries during peak demand periods when required.
• Generating packing lists & purchase orders for retailers; including usage of client-specific vendor ERP systems. 
• Accountability & delivery of quarterly goal to reduce on-time delivery (OTIF) to suppliers by 10%. 
• Collaborated with senior financial stakeholders to issue credit-notes and streamline invoice processing for customers with high-value contracts (£100,000+).
• Sourcing quotes for freight forwarders for global orders; including tracking & handling of queries and ensuring senior stakeholders are up to date with most relevant information.
