I am a skilled and competent engineering manager with more than 15 years experience of working in the automotive industry ranging from Vehicle Integration, Attribute Management, Prototype Development, Durability, Weight and Sustainability Management. I am a Chartered Engineer with experience of mentoring and developing young engineers. Proven track record of leading a team of Project Engineers to deliver as per product specification and within the defined timescales.

Experienced in leading collaboration between cross functional teams on technical and commercial challenges maintaining a coherent and coordinated approach.

I have extensive experience in presenting to engineering directors and board members in a clear and succinct manner to influence decision-making.

I am currently the Attribute Management lead for vehicle durability at Lotus Cars.

I have been at Bentley motors for over 4 years prior to this working as a Functional/Principal Engineer.

Prior to this I have been at JLR for over 11 years starting as an Undergraduate Engineer and working up to a Lead Integration Engineer and Subject Matter Expert.

I completed Masters of Engineering studying Mechanical and Automotive Engineering at the University of Birmingham graduating in 2011 with a First class honours.
