Mai Almuzayin

I’m Mai, and I’m a pretty bubbly person who loves making new friends and working with a team. I’ve worked as a front desk officer in a hospital and a host at Teamsport, and both jobs have shown me how much I love making people happy. Whether it’s helping patients feel comfortable or making sure everyone’s having a great time, I’m all about spreading good vibes and creating a positive experience for everyone I meet.

As a Host, I greet and register drivers, conduct briefings, commentate on races, offer racing tips, and prepare a range of food from pizzas to waffles,

along with drinks like smoothies and milkshakes. I also upsell merchandise and events to meet sales targets. As a Marshal, I ensure karts meet safety standards, assist customers with race gear, check the grid, and keep events running smoothly by waving flags and helping those who spin off rejoin the race.

Customer facing role; Greeting patients and visitors. Responsible for registering patients, billing their tests, and scheduling appointments. Assisting patients with filling out necessary forms and documentation. Assisting doctors and nurses when necessary.

Team leading role: Training new Front Desk Officers, ensuring all staff are efficient, providing help and mentorship when needed,

and dealing with customer complaints.
