I am a student who wants to express the passion I have for working as a dedicated team, to show my hard-work and reliability towards colleagues. For Example, I was part of a competitive swimming club which has strengthened my ability to engage effectively and improve my work ethic consistently and hope to continue improving this within customer service. I want to show how highly dependable I am, including my ability to balance multiple study tasks and competitive sports.

I was on a placement at the Sheffield City Council, from what I have learnt, I have understood the importance of keeping a professional appearance towards colleagues. I was able to gain transferable skills during my placement, especially when supporting staff with instructions I had to follow.
