HR EXECUTIVE - JENX DIGITECH PVT LTD

I work in the training planning of the employees on the regular basis, there attendance, leaves and coordinate with the site head for their regular shift schedules. Identify the vacant position all over India, find the succession planning, replacements of the candidates, taking there first round of HR and finally lining them up for the technical round.

• Take the feedback and planning the salary package as per the budget and coordinate same with the candidate and collect all the required documents and after verifying we proceed.
• For the offer letter and appointment letter.
• Final round for the joining process is done on the joining date and there is a hand over of assets and joining kit.
• On the quarter basis I take the customer satisfaction check and make the report.
• Enrol the third-party contractor for ESIC and PF. Coordinate with the contractor on everyday basis for all the side.
• Planning for the festivals, birthday of employees and out bound is planned at the end of every month.
• Purchase of all the required assets for the company for the internal use.
