I would oversee any promotions of the store, staff training and ensure that the business runs smoothly.

As an administrator working for the NPCT, I dealt with varied tasks. This included; regular delivery of reports on a weekly and monthly basis; performance of SLAs; I.T Data Handling Collection and productivity turnaround. Ad hoc duties included; storing, filing, typing of minutes, and inserting new folders onto the shared drive for the use of other services.
I regularly liaised with internal/external Mangers and PAs for data entry. In the role I was a good user of Microsoft applications, this included Word, Excel and Outlook.
Team Assistant (Temporary) - Tesco

The job entailed: Handling customer queries on customer service helpdesk as well as controlling, stocking products in rapid time on shopfloor. I was till trained on checkouts and met customer satisfaction in the most excellent and effective way as possible. I provided a calm, professional service without any hesitation and avoiding disappointment to the customer is always important.

At Toys R Us I was responsible for operating tills for serving customers, dealing with their demands and requirements. I was attentive on the shop floor which included being alert and attending to customers needs in addition to ensuring no shoplifters were operating in any area I was allocated to.
