- Project managing and planning the return of the HR Shared Services advisors from IBM to EY - focusing on a UK transition
- Interviewing for a brand new team of 11 HR Advisors and 1 team leader
- Providing thorough policy training, for all new starters and engaging in calls and meeting with stakeholders ahead of service go live

- Dealing with any escalations within the team and having difficult conversations with senior stakeholders to resolve issues if required
- Reviewing monthly productivity statistics and suggesting improvements depending on KPI's
- Holding 1-2-1's and managing performance for all Advisors – delegate projects depending on career aspirations/interests to support my team
- Supporting HR Managers and their teams with projects/absences (Immigration, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Reward, Payroll)

- Managing a global team of 13 HR Generalist Advisors, 2 Experienced Recruitment Advisors and 3 Graduate Recruitment Advisors who provide first line advice to the client
- Ensuring the best service is provided to EY – working within SLA and training team members in line with HR policies and procedures
- Supporting with Talent Shared Services projects at EY as done in previous role; covering cyclical activities such as salary view, benefit enrolment – working with EY to always ensure a smooth operation for the business
